In 2004 to 2005 I attended North West Kent College and completed an entry level IT System Support Technician course with distinctions. The course helped me to build upon my already fairly extensive knowledge of IT Systems, and gave me vital customer service experience. The course covered a broad array of topics, modules included; Security of Data, Customer Service Skills, Health and Safety, Service and Support for Workstations and Networks, Operating Systems Support and Service Support for the Internet.
Having a background in media I felt I wanted to take my IT skills into the Media Sector. 2005 - 2007 I attended University College Falmouth and completed 2 years on the BA(Hons) Broadcasting degree, attaining a Diploma of Higher Education in Broadcasting. My experiences gained at University were definitely invaluable; living away from home for the first time taught me a lot and helped me grow as a person. Having realised fairly early on that Media wasn't the career I thought it was, I left at the end of my second year and decided to focus on work.
I am currently working towards my CompTia A+ and my Zend PHP certification
